Welcome to my Paris Travel Blog. One of the most Parisian thing I do in my Paris trip is leisurely stroll along the River Seine starting from Pont Neuf stroll down to Notre-Dame Cathedral.
There are many methods to become Parisian when you travel in Paris; one of them is a morning stroll. It is early morning and the weather is fine.
The Pont Neuf is the oldest bridge in Paris, incongruously called the “new bridge,”
Stroll along the River Seine is most romantic ways exploring Paris.
I shouldn’t complain too much to wake up early morning after tired snapping photo at Louvre till midnight. It’s 8am and the abundance of fresh air is bound to give me a hearty appetite.
Here are some photos of my morning stroll in Paris
I do not see any vibrant crowd along the journey; it is a peaceful walking tour. I had crossed the Pont Neuf and reached Ile de la Cite-birthplace of Paris, an islet in the Seine River. This boat-shaped island in the Seine is the history of Paris which the earliest inhabitants of Paris settled around 300BC.
La Conciergerie who soar above the Ile de la Cite was the gloomy prison as the last stop over 2,500 victims
After relaxing 40 minutes walk, I had reached the awe-inspiring Notre Dame.
I almost spend one hour to admire this iconic cathedral which found in 1160 and continue my journey to the St Louis Island.
Thanks for reading my Paris Travel Blog. My “second part” of Stroll Along the River Seine during evening time will be coming soon.
